Permit Plans
Creating a set of plans for your home or renovation project ready for submission to permit for the municipality, $1.50 sq ft.
If the design plans need to be altered to fit municipality codes we will make changes at no additional charge until you receive final approval from the city.
Permit Plans for Laneway Home
These homes are specially designated with the name “Laneway” by the City of Vancouver, $3.00 sq ft.
Modifications
If you make changes after final approval from the municipality the modicifcation charge is $150.00 per hour
Measure Existing Home
If you lack an existing set of plans you will need to measure your house to create a base plan, $750.00
3D Architectural Visualization
Creating a 3D interior or exterior model, $1,500.00 - $2,500.00, depending on the size of the project
